One senior operator, a small pod, and six promises in writing

Who runs this
Foundreco is run by Haidar Mustafa, an AI-native product partner based in Lahore, Pakistan. He spent five years on the agency side, where the teams he sold for delivered more than 500 projects, and now works directly with founders instead of through a sales layer. Fifteen client builds have a published case study with client-supplied numbers.
That credential needs stating precisely, because the two halves are different things. The 500+ projects were delivered by the teams Haidar sold for during those agency years — it is a sales and delivery-oversight number, not a personal build count. The 15 case studies are Foundreco's own work, each with numbers the client supplied and agreed to publish. Any agency that blurs those two figures into one is hoping you will not ask.
Where to verify this
Every claim on this page can be checked against a profile that is not controlled by this website:

Why Foundreco exists
Anyone can generate code in 2026. Almost nobody can decide what to build, what to cut, and what a customer will actually tolerate. That gap is the whole reason this studio exists.
Most founders arrive after one of three things has happened. An agency quoted them six figures for something that should cost four. A freelancer disappeared halfway. Or they built it themselves with an AI tool and it broke the moment real users touched it. All three end in the same place: a person with a real business problem and no working software.
Foundreco takes those from idea to live app in about five weeks, and says no when the idea is not worth building. That last part loses work regularly. It is still the right answer.
How we work
AI does the repetitive build work — scaffolding, boilerplate, the second draft, the thousand small pieces that used to consume a month. That is where the speed comes from, and it is why a 14-day MVP is possible now and was not two years ago.
What AI does not do is judgment. It has never sat across from a customer, never watched someone abandon a checkout, never felt the thing a business is actually for. Scope, priorities, and knowing which feature can wait stay human. That division is deliberate and it is not going to change.
Behind every build is the same senior pod — engineers, a designer and QA that Haidar has shipped with for five years. Same people every project, one accountable partner, no rotating cast.
Where clients are
Foundreco works with founders in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the Gulf, and is based in Lahore, Pakistan. Communication is in English, over WhatsApp, email or scheduled calls, with a response inside 24 hours on every message.
Published case-study clients span Côte d'Ivoire, the United States, the Philippines, Mauritius, Canada, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Texas, the Netherlands and Georgia — which is a reasonable proxy for how remote this work actually is.
The six guarantees
These go into the contract. They exist because the three failure modes above are all failures of accountability, not of code.
- Late means you pay 20% less. The deadline is mine to hit.
- Fire me anytime. No lock-in, no notice period, no penalty.
- A live project cockpit. Progress visible without asking for it.
- A free launch kit with every build.
- A running-cost truth sheet before launch, so hosting and API bills are never a surprise.
- Thirty days of care after launch, included.
By the numbers
| What | Number | What it means |
|---|---|---|

| Projects | 500+ | Delivered by the teams Haidar sold for during those years |
| Case studies | 15 | Foundreco's own builds, numbers supplied by the client |
| Idea to live | ~5 weeks | Typical, measured after launch rather than promised before it |
| Guarantees | 6 | Written into every contract |
| Response time | <24h | On every message, including the ones that turn into a "no" |
With Foundreco, it's like having my own product team. Every time I put an idea in, it builds it. I didn't copy Odoo, I didn't look at SAP. I built something authentic based on what I know about my customers.
