Get a real proposal for your app idea in five minutes
Answer six questions and this page builds you a Foundreco proposal you can save as a PDF straight away: scope split into version one and later, user roles, timeline, a fixed-price estimate with the arithmetic shown, and what the app will cost to run every month after launch. No call, no waiting for an email.
Question 1 of 6
What are you building?
Pick the closest. It sets the base cost range and the base timeline, and you can change direction later without starting again.
Question 2 of 6
Describe the idea in a sentence or two
Plain language is fine. This goes at the top of your proposal in your own words, so write it the way you would say it out loud.
Question 3 of 6
Where does it need to run?
Choose as many as apply. Two platforms is more work than one, and the estimate reflects that rather than pretending otherwise.
Question 4 of 6
Who uses it?
Every role needs its own permissions, its own screens and its own tests. After feature count this is the biggest thing that moves a price, which is why it is asked early rather than discovered late.
Question 5 of 6
What does it need to do?
Pick everything you can imagine wanting. The proposal splits them into version one and later, so choosing a lot here does not mean paying for it all at once.
Question 6 of 6
When do you need it live?
An honest answer here is more useful than an ambitious one. If there is a hard date, a demo day or a funding round, that changes what should be in version one.
Last step
Who is this proposal for?
Your name goes on the document. The proposal is built here in your browser and appears immediately, so there is nothing to wait for in your inbox.
🔒 Straight to my inbox and nowhere else. No list, no resale, no drip sequence. Relax.
What is in the proposal?
The generated proposal contains eleven sections: your idea in your own words, feasibility against comparable Foundreco projects, a version-one scope, the full scope after launch, user roles, the ten-step build process, a timeline, a fixed-price estimate with the arithmetic shown, third-party running costs after launch, the six contract guarantees, and a link to book 30 minutes.
It is a real proposal, not a brochure with your name pasted on it. The scope split, the timeline and the price all change based on what you pick, and the cost model is the same one behind the public estimator, so the two can never quote you different numbers.
Two things it deliberately does not do
- It does not invent a market size. Plenty of automated proposals will tell you your industry is worth some number of billions. Foundreco does not publish figures it cannot source, so instead of a market estimate you get measured outcomes from published case studies in a comparable industry, each with the client named.
- It does not pretend to be a fixed quote. It is an estimate from the information you gave in five minutes. It becomes fixed once the scope is agreed in writing, which is what the 30-minute call is for.
How does the app proposal generator work?
You answer six questions about what you are building, who uses it and what it needs to do. The page then assembles the proposal in your browser and shows it immediately, ready to save as a PDF. Nothing is emailed and nothing is queued, so it takes about five minutes end to end.
The estimate comes from a base range for the kind of product you picked, multiplied by a complexity factor derived from how many features and how many user roles you selected, plus a fixed amount if you want AI features. That arithmetic is printed inside the proposal so you can check it rather than trust it.
