Imjomat is an AI data labelling company based in the Philippines. It labels data like images, video, and LiDAR sensors for enterprise AI companies like self-driving cars and insuretechs. Sarah Garcia founded the company in 2019. Today, it has 60 staff organized into 10 teams. There is no technical cofounder or IT department.

Sarah used Foundreco to build custom internal software for her company as well as her company's website. She has never coded before. She searched Google for a way to get software built, found Foundreco, and hasn't looked back. Foundreco has allowed her team to save 2,000 hours per month on team coordination and increase revenue 2.4x. Sarah's own day running the business dropped from constant in-person monitoring to under an hour. She uses this additional time to close more deals with customers.

I don't have any coding or programming experience, only ideas. Foundreco enables me to build whatever comes into my mind.

Growing revenue 2.4x by launching a website for enterprise AI clients

For six years, Imjomat operated with no website at all. Its buyers are enterprise AI companies deciding who to trust with confidential training data. Sarah had no way to prove Imjomat was a real, credible operation before a deal ever started. Every new client had to take her word for it.

Sarah decided to build Imjomat's website with Foundreco. The website increased her company's credibility and enabled her to close two enterprise clients in Europe: an insurtech in Germany and a hospitality-AI company in London. Overnight, her annual revenue increased by 2.4xa year.

I didn't have any website before. Now clients can see my business and reach out to me.

Saving 2,000 team hours a month by building a custom business operating system

Running 60 employees across 10 teams meant Sarah had to be in the office all day to manage her team. She had to manually hand out jobs and check who had shown up. Every task was assigned by hand. The entire company would spend ~8 hours a week in meetings dedicated to dividing up work. The task management ran on Google Sheets.

Sarah built a custom task and project management system with Foundreco. Tasks are now assigned automatically, team updates are shared through shared dashboards instead of meetings, and Sarah gets a granular view into what each employee is working on. She's since extended her project management system into a full-fledged company operating system: new-hire contracts are sent out via e-signature remotely, employees clock-in and clock-out from an in-office device, and anyone who doesn't log in is marked as absent. The company now has one task management meeting per month instead of per day. Sarah also doesn't have to go into the office to stay on top of her team, saving Sarah ~8 hours a day. Sarah estimates building her project management tool with Foundreco saved Imjomat's team 2,000 hrsper month and more than 150 hours a month for Sarah.

Before, I had to be in the office all day just to monitor my team. Now everything is automated. I only need to check in for about an hour a day.

Shipping in a month what a $36k developer couldn't in a year

Sarah previously spent over $36k on a professional developers to try to build what she built with Foundreco. A year later, the outsourced development team still hadn't delivered anything close to what she needed. Sarah had the entire system built with Foundreco in under a month, without hiring a development team.

I hired a developer for more than a year and it didn't work as expected. Thanks to Foundreco, I don't need to hire a professional developer anymore.

Why Foundreco

Sarah tried other software before Foundreco and found none of it let her build what she actually needed. Foundreco was the first partner where she could describe an idea and have it built, with no hiring cycle and no waiting. Once she started using Foundreco, she stopped looking for anything else.

I used other tools before, but it was really hard for me. When I started using Foundreco, I stopped looking. Foundreco just worked.

What's next

Sarah is turning what she built for herself into new revenue. She's about to finish building payroll into her platform. From there, she plans to sell her software to other companies as a SaaS. She's also automating her team's work, building custom tools for data annotation to help automate her core business. As Sarah puts it, "whatever comes to my mind next, I will just build it with Foundreco".

How We Build

Machines are fast. People are why it works

We use AI for everything it is genuinely good at: the scaffolding, the boilerplate, the second draft, the thousand small pieces that used to eat a month. That is where the speed on this page comes from. But AI has never sat across from a customer, never watched someone give up on a checkout, never felt the thing your business is actually for. That part is human, and it is the part we refuse to automate.

AI carries the weight The repetitive build work that used to justify six-figure quotes and six-month timelines gets done in days, not quarters.
People make the calls What to cut, what a customer will actually tolerate, where the emotion in your product lives. Judgment is not a feature you can prompt for.
You own all of it Your code, your data, your accounts, handed over in full. No lock-in, no hostage situation, no platform you cannot leave.
Your Turn

Stop running a real company on spreadsheets

There is a point where the tools that got you here start capping how far you go. Imjomat hit it at 400 workers. If your team is spending more time feeding the system than serving customers, that is the signal.
